The Asian Food and Tennis Festival is a free event that features:
unique music, cultural performances, food, beauty pageants, fashion, handicrafts, gifts, and other products and entertainment.
The Asian Food and Tennis Festival is sponsored by the Thai Tennis Organization in America (TTOA) and Singha Beer to promote greater understanding of Asian countries and cultures among the general public, and among Asian Americans as well.
This year, the theme is “The Year of Dragon” where you will discover the Dragon lord of the heavens and rain maker’s representation in their own cultural and heritage in four showcase areas: Heritage India, It's More Fun in Philippines, Image of China and Amazing Thailand.
The Festival will also include: an all-day prized money tennis tournament, USTA Smash Zone mobile tour, stage performances, contests, interactive demonstrations, children interactive area–as well as “Destination Asia,” where Asian embassies and organizations exhibit their cultures, arts, and cooking demonstration.

Entertainment
Three stages of non-stop entertainment will showcase live bands: Ralf Toledo and The Speaks, Paperdoll, Ivy Rose, The Embassy, etc. Free cultural performances feature over 200 performers from the Asian American organizations in the Washington DC area. Think Bollywood, Asian martial arts, cooking demo, Angklung music, and children’s inter-active tent.
